Purpose: Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) is a deadly enemy of people employed in the petroleum industry and in many other industries. Avoiding accidents and deaths while working with H2S is heavily dependent on proper education in the hazards, symptoms, characteristics, safe work practices, treatment, and proper use of protective equipment.
