OSHA Permit Required Confined Space Entry Standard Purpose: The purpose of this course of instruction is to provide training requirements for Confined Space Entry as covered in OSHA Standards (29 CFR 1910.146). Terminal Objective: Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the OSHA Confined Space Entry Standard by the following: Given: True and False statements on OSHA regulations for Confined Space Entry. You will: Decide which statements are True and which ones are False. How Well: Achieve a score of 100% on the Knowledge Check. Enabling Objectives: After completion of this class you will have knowledge in the following areas: The OSHA Permit-Required Confined Space Entry Standard (29 CFR 1910.146), Atmospheric testing and monitoring equipment, Fall protection equipment, Ventilation equipment, Safety procedures and devices used for isolating the confined space such as lockout/tagout procedures and for blinding or blanking. |
