Begin Taking Credit Classes at FPC
The five steps below are all that is required for most students to begin taking credit classes at Frank Phillips College. Note: International students and Concurrent/Dual Credit students follow different procedures.
FPC Admissions Process:
Step 1: Application
Application, residency status, and transcripts. Step 2: Assessment
Obtain evidence of academic readiness or take an assessment at FPC before meeting with an advisor or counselor. Step 3: Advising
Meet with an advisor or counselor to prepare for registration. - All new FPC students need to complete FYIS 0101 before seeing an advisor. Step 4: Registration
You are eligible to register for classes following your advising session. Step 5: Orientation
All incoming Freshman students will be required to enroll in an orientation class. Students with Disabilities
